Making Excuses

I discovered why I'm still not eating healthy or exercising regularly.

It was Thanksgiving.


Then Christmas.

Then New Years' and stuff.

Then the Super Bowl.  (Although our food was much better than this generic pic)

And I've already had a taste of this.

What's next?! 

All kinds of treats dyed green.
Easter candy.
4th of July BBQ.
Birthday cakes galore.
Halloween.
Then Thanksgiving again!

This cycle is kicking my trash.

  1. Don't let the holidays get you down! They are supposed to be a fun time! Stay consistant with your healthy choices most of the time and cut yourself some slack when there is a party going on!
